can't select original character

I logged in today and saw that i couldn't select my original character all i can do is create a new character i called technical support and they told me to post my problem in the forum can you please help me

In any case, did you reactivate that character specifically when you paid for your account? If that character is grey'd out it could be that you haven't activated that character back yet ( I've got three mules that are like that ).

its been active its just that when i started to play today i couldnt select it the only thing that was highlighted was create character and the back button i was playing yesterday
