Sp I bought the ultimate collection package from the online store Gamestop and it came with 2 codes. I made all profiles and everything on playonline and square-enix and set everything up. But, when I go to enter my bonus code I get this message, "You cannot add expanded services because either the maximum number of service accounts have been added/registered or there are no service accounts to which the expanded services can be added/registered." I think I entered it in the right place, but I need help. And does anyone know how to chat with online support? Thanks!
