Destrier Beret - Waiting 10 days and counting!

Issue: Both codes redeemed and applied to each character/account. Festive moogle in Windurst is being visited daily. He is not issuing our Destrier Beret items!

We have been trying daily for 10 days. Please assist! Perform your account magic and send us some fancy headgear!!!!

As much as I really want to get my Destrier Beret too...this is like the 4th time I've seen you post this. Your characters are already in the investigation. Now it's just a matter of waiting.
