Contacted support 3 weeks ago, they were going to make a case.

Contacted them again today and got a BEYOND rude support agent.

The service lists the WRONG character on my account. I asked to have the promo code removed so I could use a different one and was told that they didn't know how to do that and I need to speak with someone else.

Needless to say, the support from SE is beyond terrible and the agents have all been very rude.

The in game managers dont exist.....I cant find them...
