I recently started to utilize Synergy and I thought it was a nice feature that the Synergy Engineer offers to refill your fewell.... until I looked at the price it charges.

Without turning this into numberfest its 60,000gil/stack equivalent vs under ~30k if you craft it yourself with highest price possible stones from the goldsmith npc and only nq.

Can SE please adjust the price at the Synergy Engineer to a more realistic price of say 25,000gil/stack which might inspire crafters of the fewell on the AH to do more than buy at 6440gil per rock and pass that on to everyone else.

Thank you for your time.

NPC prices are usually rediculous.
Just buy rocks when the price is low at guilds. (There are multiple guilds with seperate stocks, they aren't ALL sold out ALL the time.) I stockpiled stacks of fewells for that purpose.

Can also farm clusters in sky and feed your furnace with that. (Better yet, sell a stack of clusters on AH, and you can buy 2-3 stacks of fewell.)

Thank you for your reply. I agree, NPC prices are usually ridiculous. I'd just felt the price on the Synergy Engineer could easily drop by more than 50% and still retain 'ridiculous' status to keep SE happy and have less running to the AH.

I have been buying all of the lower priced rocks and making my own fewell but if the Synergy Engineer's were less of a gouge I'd just buy that rather than bouncing across crafting mules to make it.

While I understand SE will likely say no to the request and it is an obvious shot in the dark - it was worth a try to ask them and see.

Again, thanks for your reply.

You should see it like this: NPC always has stock but is more expensive, player market is considerably cheaper but supply can be limited and sporadic, while self-crafting is cheapest but most time-consuming.
So you can choose what to spent: time or gil.

While I agree with you, I have no doubt that SE sees this system as being balanced the way it is, currently. If you're serious about Synergy, it's really best to just craft the fewell yourself and keep a decent stockpile of it.

can SE add npc that sell every consumable for less than it cost to craft it?

The whole premise of the high price is so you use either Crystals (unbelievably easy to obtain) or purchase/craft fewell.

If they lowered the price crafters would have to drop the price of (the already fair) fewell therefore making it less that profitable and then not purchased.
