Beat Provenance Watcher and did NOT receive KI or Clear or Cs

Okay My problem is the fact i beaten Provenance Watcher for the first time in the game
and did not receive my KI or Cutscene or anything Names bakura Server Ragnarok.
Spent 3 days trying to beat this thing Each party took 5hours per try, Finally beaten it on the 3rd day 1 day ago. *(Friday 12:00AM) from this post. and i disconnected after dragon died got No KI or Clear And i repeat Took me 5 whole hours to make this group Considering how hard it is to find relic Weapon 90+ owner and empyrean weapon owners 99 i demand some kind of refund at least give me the KI i mean doesn't seem fair that our team won and i get left out because i disconnected mid way of the fight. come back to no dragon... Sorry but in your other VoidWatches when ppl disconnect and come back they still have VW Clears aslong they return alive and yes i was alive when i came back from Provenance Watcher being dead. no clears..
Please do something about this
Ps. Posted both sides wasn't sure which side would hear this issues first as bug or technical issues GM message said "report to technical issues"

sounds like the disconnect behaved as a zoning event, and you lost the confrontation/battle status, which means no credit.

Age old problem with other instanced content they have yet to address after.. what... 5 or 6 years (that I've been aware of it)?

not excusing it....sucks big time, especially for a major fight like this. Just...and I hate to say it...don't hold your breath, as their track record for addressing these issues hasn't been all that great.

Thats still pretty BS because i know for fact. if you disconnect from the game and return to the vw fight and only thing thats left is the chest hell even if the chest isn't there you still get the clear... why would it make a difference if DC or Not as long as the dragon is dead you should receive the clear. Also to add to that side note is it to hard too just give the person the KI that person worked hard for 3 whole days making these parties for just to have simple disconnection to happen in between to ruin it all.It doesn't make any sense why there shouldn't be patch for this problem seems like huge issues and yes it looks like a bug Square Enix needs to fix I know for fact it made me almost want to quit the game because of this. For your information this fight is entirely luck based if don't have procs "Weakness" reads from the start you will fail immediately assuming you got everyone playing they'r jobs right and dealing enough damage in time, very luck based and hard to do /shouts for when people start thinking you failed every time... all i'm asking for this bug to be fixed and the fight to be made easier, void clusters don't effect this dragon at all. Or Least give me my Key Item/clear for working hard...

Thank you for posting about the problems you have been experiencing getting KI after disconnecting. Unfortunately as this issue deals with disconnecting from the game entirely, it is not a bug as much as a technical issue, and so I am transferring this thread to the Technical Support section so that it can be properly addressed. Provence Watcher is not like most VW monsters; it is a battlefield of it's own, not just a spawn from a rift. It sucks but I don't think they can really refund you on it.

I disconnected on Pandy Warden a while back and felt the same anger but I just waited and joined another and next time around took precaution to try and keep myself from freezing or disconnecting.
