Still have not received my destrier beret after 5 days :(

5 days ago i bought the abyssea pack off steam and entered in the codes and the Celebration Moogle still doesnt have a destrier beret for me :( Please help!

Forgot to mention i also tagged my Main character Virtus world Fenrir to receive the beret thx again for any support i can get!

Im on 9 days without it... I emailed support and they told me I cant be helped via email, and that I would have to call during 9-5. I work 9-5... Very dissatisfied with the Customer Support...

Hang on to your codes...once they get it fixed, you will be able to redeem them for your beret.

ya this sucks. i guess it happens but still i got my beret my wife didnt we want to level together we cant! not evenly anyways unless i take it off which is what i been doing. By the time it's fixed we will be past 30 on more than a few jobs i would wager. heres hoping they fix this crap!

I activated my code on July 3rd, the issue was "fixed" July 26th. Still haven't gotten anything, but more wasted time.

I've reached the point where the beret is useless to me now. But still I would've liked to have known if the beret could be permitted onto another character since the character I registered it to was deleted on the same day and I never got the beret on either characters.
