Deserit Beret not at fest mog.

Hello,

I called about this issue, and they said to post it on the forum. I applied the code for the D.Beret and the fest mog will not give me the item. I understand there is a bug from the last update; however, when will it be fixed and will we be compensated somehow? How long must we wait?
