Destrier Beret Not Received

Hey guys,

I joined FFXI again after 5 years again the other day, and I'm pleased to be back. I should be getting a Destrier Beret and I've entered all of the codes properly, but I still haven't received it.

My character name is Stumbleine and I'm on the EU Lakishmi server.

I know there are problems with this but I just wanted to be added to the list!
