Hi, I just bought the full Abyssea edition of Final Fantasy XI via steam. I've managed after a little time to get in game and get everything up and running but the in-game item code I received isn't working (well it did work, the account page accepted it and said it would take some time to retrive the item in-game) the item in question is Destrier Beret (SP?) I've been waiting 2 hours now and the Festive Moogle still keeps saying "I have nothing for you" (I did try relogging and remaining offline for 15-30 minutes also) I registered the code on:

Square-Enix Account > Select Service > PlayOnline / Final Fantasy XI > Add a service account > entered the code.

The Festive Moogle I'm at is in Port of Sanodria @ J-10

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I really don't want to start my journey as a new player without the item as I did read it can't be passed to new characters and its a 1 time thing.

If your referring to the destrier beret, there seems to be an issue with that item. There are tons of posts about it. sorry :/
