Using the PC version of the game, from the FFXI Ultimate Collection - Abyssea Edition on Steam.

Date & Time: July 5-10, 2012
Character Name: Toothinfection
Race: Mithra
World: Bismark
Main Job: Warrior
Support Job: Dancer
Area and Coordinates: Windurst Walls
NPC Name: Festive Moogle

Steps:
1. Started a new account and created a new character.
2. Logged out and registered the Destrier Beret code from Amazon to my account for said character and has been accepted through the SE management system.
3. Logged back in and the Festive Moogle reports "Nothing for you".

I have been checking each day for about four days not and nothing ; ; <Help me out!>.

I have been waiting for a month, they either dont know how to fix the problem or dont care at this point

I would place my money on the latter. They just don't care. They already got the money so what does it matter? I am looking into my options since I haven't received the goods that I paid for, digital or not.

They should just send them out via delivery box to all the names on the list imo

time to start linking this clear disservice. to anyone and everyone i know. it is a DIGITAL HAT! how hard is it to deliver. clearly we are beeing cheated.
