I have recently purchased the pack with everything, and have been playing for about a month. (Another lack of Beret, but I've lost hope for SE support in that sense.)

I installed everything just fine on my desktop, but when I'm feelin lazy, or the 'ol ball-and-chain drags me to bed with her, I enjoy playing on the laptop.

When I installed on the laptop (About a week after my desktop installation) it only gave options to install regular sons, pre-RotZ. Not one expansion or Add-on.

It was suggested that updating would give them, reinstalling (4 times now...), torrents, etc.

I have tried everything besides torrents. I would rather not trust files outside SE's self-provided ones if need be.

Support keeps throwing me in circles of Contact Email support, Call, live chat, jump to step 1 and repeat.... Just as with Beret issue.

Is there some hidden static link for full game install someplace on POL or SE sites? Or (preferably) some way to DL;install the expansions on top of current installation?

Hoping I will get more player-based replies. I'm sick of the GM copy/paste responses.

Only the last 6 add-ons (ACP, MKD, ASA, Scars/Vision/Heroes of Abyssea) have their files downloaded with the updates. You need to physically install the regular expansions (RotZ, CoP, TAU, WotG) from the original media. Depending on how you purchased it, this may be individual discs, or individual folders with-in the unpacked package(s) that each have their own setup or install executable file, or possibly a custom installation option when you run the setup routine that allows you to select which expansions to install.

Yes I understand that. I got the abyssea pack (digital). On my desktop, I installed it from a setup menu, which I had to individually install each expansion (the setup had a button for every one of them). The client install on the laptop, however, only has the install option for ffxi, no expansions.

I'm wondering where you can get the client for ALL installs, or even download each expansion separately if need be. SE is very vague, or even avoids, just a "download this for this, or this for these" links, and it is irritating. Even my emails from my purchase lack download links.

If you are using the same package on the laptop as you used on the PC...it should be giving you the same menus. Are you sure you used the same file(s)?

I have an older UC2010 DLC package (Gamestop), which uses FINALFANTASYXIOUC.exe. I never actually installed it (just bought it for the key, as I have the standalone expansion discs already)--but from what I saw when I launched it, it's pretty much on rails...the only thing it looked like I could select was the installation directory. Perhaps the files were installed, but the keys aren't linked to the account properly? Just how big is the install directory(check properties of the Playonline folder)? If it's massive (like 10GB or so after updating) than it is likely all physically there, just something didn't register properly somewhere along the line.
