Windows abyssea ultimate collection from steam
Date & Time: July 9, 2012 14:32
Character Name: Hoodsy
Race: Elvaan
World: Ragnarok
Main Job: Warrior
Support Job: None
Area and Coordinates: Port San'doria
NPC Name: Festive Moogle

Steps:
1. Started a new account and created a new character.
2. Logged out and registered the Destrier Beret code from Steam to my account for said character.
3. Logged back in and the Festive Moogle reports "Nothing for you".
4. Wait a day.
5. Logged back in and the Festive Moogle reports "Nothing for you".

This seems to be a bigger problem than just this isolated investigation you guys are working this out to be. It seems like all new players are unable to obtain this item. I hope that you decide quickly to send us this item that we have already paid for.

And since it seems to be taking forever to see that you guys made a huge mistake will you be compensating us for our time wasted without said Destrier Beret?

It is so true!! And honestly it is false advertisement on their part. Only reason I started playing again although other reasons are keeping me hooked ;)
