Can not get on tech support

Cant even get on tech support on playonline long enough to explain that I need help getting on the game. In fact if I manage to get to the actual last click to send it refuses to let me click in essence saying I havent filled in any of the form despite the fact that I have. It has taken all day to get on HERE.

You mention PlayOnline. Does that mean you've been trying to use the PlayOnline Viewer for this?
If yes, then it would be normal that it fails.

It is not used for any account related stuff at all any longer, and you would need to use the Support Centre/Center instead:

When you say you can't submit the email form, what is the message it gives you? It should be telling you what is wrong....missing required information, too many characters, etc. (there is a limit to the number of characters you can send when describing your issue).

the link wont click and says I am missing information. says i need to fill in all the *parts. i pared down the information to a bare pittance. the dxdiag is long but they said to copy and paste which is what I did. that part is blocked red by by the way.

There is no way to prove I didnt but I swear I didnt. I have filled out this form numerous times in the last few days with that result or just getting booted to 'cant find this site' kinda of messages.
