i purchased the Final Fantasy XI: ultimate collection and registered everything added the codes for the Destrier Beret and im waiting at the festival mog for it but it has yet to arrive.

It is a known problem they have been investigating....it's been reported continously in the Game Bugs (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/forums/80-In-Game-Bugs?order=desc) section during the last 60-80 posts over there, and routinely responded with them saying they are investigating it.

Unless they have a specific reason for people to report this issue repeatedly here, it might be better for everyone to get support through the portal (link is on the POL site)...continuously reporting them here just bogs down the moderators.

Actually, in the In-Games bugs section (this should be there anyway), Mods encourage people to make their own thread so their information can be recorded. Given, it is all copy/paste replies (yay for SE support.... of what they call support). The frustrating part is that SE isn't keeping ANYONE updated in any way about it, and its been weeks.

Not giving an update doesn't mean they're not looking in to solutions. As a company, Its not always possible to update every bug as it comes. This issue sucks, They'll fix it though, Given time.

I'd actually prefer a GM Make a thread for all the people who have not got their Beret, to raise awareness for the issue, but also to prevent the thread spam and them having to lock them so often.

i would like that too i would like me helm more im almost lvl 30 and havent even had the chance to use it...i know i will get to use it with other jobs but it just sucks....i know they are working on it and that its a major issue but they should do something for the people that had to do without it :(
