Festive Mog won't give me Destrier Beret

Steps:
1. Registered Destrier Beret code to my Square Enix account
2. Selected Kipling@Asura as Content ID & character
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port San D'Oria and it said "Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
