Destier Beret, will they ever do more then copy and paste

Seems that they are getting no where with the Destier Beret. Seems i came back to the game and bought off steam to only get half what i bought the UC pack for, and the only thing they are actually doing is copy and pasting crap on forums. Almost going on a month now since this started and they're getting no where.

Probably not.... They haven't even made mention yet that it's actually a problem. It's not in "known-issues" or anything. Honestly, I payed $20.00 for it just like everyone else but they're not getting it to us. So I'm not exactly sure I want to keep giving them more money every month...
