DIdn't receive my Destrier Beret after buying the FF XI Ultimate bundle on Steam!

Date & Time: Since the game was installed on my machine
Frequency: Since I created my first and only character
Character Name: Vrikkian
Race: Taru
World: Sylph

NPC Name: Festive Moogle

Steps:
1.Created my character on Sylph Server after installation
2. Redeemed and confirmed code on my PlayOnline/Square Enix account.
3. Logged in to receive beret from Festive Moogle , unable to retrieve anything.
