Evolith Stones?

Can someone give me an explanation on to how they work? From what i saw on the wiki it seems i can slot equipment, but i didnt really see any info on level requirements to do that exactly. So far ive just been trading them into outpost NPCS but some have stats i like, and ive been storing those.

theres gear that you syth with the evolith to make and weapons too. Sadly at 99 this system is not very rewarding, but type evolith and check it out on wiki for a more detailed explanation.

The hat for BLU still has the best fast cast available in head slot for BLU. Might as well put bonuses on it:

Edit: And the body is tied for best fast cast on BLU, tied with a Mederi Talar with best possible FC augment, and the ACP body with FC augment.
