Didn't receive my Destrier Beret
Date & Time: Everyday since I began playing
Character Name: Nydea
Race: Mithra
World: Phoenix
Main Job: Warrior
Support Job: None
Area and Coordinates: Mog House in Port Bastok
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Nydea@Phoenix as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and tried getting it every day, still no beret.
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
PLEASE fix this problem. Your generic responses to everyone's issue with this item has already made me seriously question why I even came back to this game. How hard is it to verify whether or not we have received the item, and then send it to us?
