Didn't receive my Destrier Beret
Same problem that everyone else seems to be having with the item

Date & Time: July 4th 2012
Character Name: Caedo
Race: Hume
World: Asura
Main Job: MNK/20
Support Job: none
Area and Coordinates: Port San d'Oria (J-10)
NPC Name: Festive Moogle

Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Caedo@Asura as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port San d'Oria (J-10) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited about 24 Hours~
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
