Didn't receive my Destrier Beret
Same problem that everyone else seems to be having with the item
Date & Time: July 3nd 2012
Character Name: Gallifrey
Race: Elvaan
World: Asura
Main Job: MNK/1
Support Job: none, just started
Area and Coordinates: Mog House in Port Bastok
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Gallifrey@Asura as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited about 24 Hours~
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
Stole from another poster but same problem, same steps followed, no luck.
