So whats going on with you people at SE. I have returned to play FFXI after playing many other MMO and all I get is a bunch of trouble and no help at all. It took me 4 days to download and finally be able to play and now 3 weeks later im still waiting for my beret. I love this game but im tempted to go back to WOW cause at least with Blizzard when their players have a problem they fix it!!! They don't tell them to go on a stupid forum and post ridiculous information that has no relevance to the issue I am having. I am getting sick and tired of being told to check here and here, how about you check into the problem and give me my beret!!! This may be one of the best games ive ever played but if SE is not willing to fix a problem That i am having why should I have to pay.

I have been waiting nearly as long, and i have about 14 others who have said the same, you guys have had countless threads about the issue so dont act like we arent entering the code correctly, i can screenshot my page and show you which character and when it was linked. Just because F11 doesnt get the full attention of you other products doesnt mean we deserve to get thrown under the bus. I was really looking forward to that beret and my friend is about ready to quit playing because he cant get it.

I started the game with a fresh account put code in for beret and had it that day. Might want to call SE and talk to them if you still did not get it.

calling doesn't help, they just tell you to post on here, and the gm will handle the problem but obviously that's not true. I put a new post about this problem about every other day and still have had no help. SE customer service is horrible.
