View Full Version : Cannot Recieve Destrier Beret

Date & Time: June 29th 2012
Character Name: Kataria
Race: Taru
World: Bahamut
Main Job: Blm8
Support Job: none yet
Area and Coordinates: Port Bastok (J-13)
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Kataria@bahmut as the content ID & character that the item will go
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port Bastok (J-13) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited about 10 mins~
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reentered the code for the Destrier Beret
9. It said the code had already been registered
10. waited a couple of days, checked the Festive Moogle, still nothing.
