Can't Complete Quests

Steps:I've gone thru all the steps for this and many other quests. I can't spawn NM for the quests or can I complete some of them. Like trading items to NPC for CS and things like that.
1.I also just found out that I am a LVL 75SMN and don't have the job ability Avatar's Favor. That's a lvl 55 Job Ability. I need some help. Maybe it's because I haven't played for so long. Who knows what else I am missing for my character.

If I remember correctly, you should be able to find the Avatar's Favor at the Pet Commands (instead of Job Abilities), and you will need to have an Avatar up and about for that as well.

As for the quests, since you only mention two NPCs, it would help if you were more specific about the other quests/NPCs you are having difficulties with.

What comes to the Plague Chigoe, as I remember it, there is more than one ??? target nearby that spot. I think I was trying to spawn it at the wrong one myself back some years ago, before I noticed I was just slightly away from the correct spot. I can't confirm this memory right away, but do try looking around there a bit and see if this is what is happening.

It's not just that one quest. Like a simple one Tea with a Tonberry? I can't finish. There are others as well. I just haven't tried them all.

As there are many quests that you are encountering this you also may want to check with some of the Community Sites at Playonline.com (http://http://www.playonline.com/ff11us/index.shtml) and attempt the steps for these quests once again as it can be very easy to miss some steps in many quests.
