View Full Version : Still cant claim Destrier Beret! Very upset. Refund?

Date & Time: June 30th 2012
Character Name: Charwie
Race: Mithra
World: Siren
Main Job: War/30
Support Job: none
Area and Coordinates: Windy Walls
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Charwie@Siren as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Windy Walls and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and went to bed
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle (~18 hours later)
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reviewed "Reward Code History". Confirmed Beret was sent to Charwie@Siren on June 27, 2012.
