Main Job:warrior/20
Support Job: theif/12
Area and Coordinates: sandoria/j-10
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected deathmorte@lakshmi as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port sandoria (J-10) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited about 10 mins~
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reentered the code for the Destrier Beret
9. It said the code had already been registered
10. waited a couple dayss, checked the Festive Moogle, still nothing.

people are getting angry we pay to play this game this issue needs to be fixed as of many posts
