Steps: 1 Registered for the game last night
2 Created Character this morning.
3 Logged out, entered my destrier beret code on Square Enix Account.
4 Logged in and made an attempt to claim my item.
5 Unable to receive item as 'Festive Moogle' NPC does not recognise me as being entitled to an item. - "Hey! The MHMU has a basketful of special goodies for all the brave adventurers who work hard to protect the poor little moogles of Vana'diel, kupo. Ah but it looks like I don't have anything for you! Sorry!"

I'm a brave adventurer and I'd like my really awesome beret please :( :)
Is there a time-frame for this issue to be resolved and can I expect to be able to claim the beret after the issue has been resolved?
