Character Stuck

I teleported to Abyssea through Tahrongi Canyon, upon entering all the NPC's seemed bugged in that they all were named "NPC" and I couldn't interact with any of them. Due to this I couldn't get "visiter" status so I was supposed to be booted from the zone in five minutes. When the timer reached zero, it said "Exiting now." but nothing happened, instead my character was rooted to the spot. I also can't open any menus, or use /commands. The only thing I can do, is press space and type so I can communicate with other players just fine. I tried calling the support center, they were unable to help and sent me here. I've been stuck like this for two days. Everytime I log in my character is rooted to the spot. It is not a frozen game issue, everything is animating and fine, I can see characters go by me, I can chat with my linkshell and talk to people who walk by. I can't move, I can't open menus, I can't use /commands, I can't open up any of these things so therefore I can't contact a GM in game because I can't get to the menu to do so, so I can't get a GM to un-stick me.

So, in closing: I just need to have my character teleported out of Abyssea so I can resume gameplay.

Resetting the game
Forcing internet connection to drop
resetting router
file check
having someone invite me to a party to teleport me (Can't accept party invite due to menus and /commands not working)
Putting a support ticket in
calling support center
