Just purchased the game 6/26/12, was looking forward to playing with a couple of friends...the one with a pre-existing account got his beret fine, but the moogle has nothing for me. Can a temporary solution not be applied while working on the underlying issue in the background?

Anyway, thanks for listening, and hope this gets fixed soon!
