cant log in with password

Im at my wits end!!! I bought a new xbox and transferred my husbands xbox live account ( because its the one linked to FFXI) and it keeps telling me I have the wrong password and referring me back to the link to which xbox live acct. I link it to his acct and it asks for my POL password and says its wrong. Im logging in as my husband on xbox live. I tried changing the passwords here for POL and SE - still cant get in. Im waiting for a response from SE support but I want to play now- : : any ideas?

may be putting in the wrong password. It's tiered now, there is the POL ID and password and then the SEID and it's password (then the token if using that). Make sure you are using the right pair of ID and password.

I went in to settings and asked it to log in without pol password - only SE and it worked LOL thanks all
