Brand new player with all new account. I registered my codes and added them to my only character. Under the reward code history it shows that I have claimed them. The Festive Moogle in San d'Oria is shrugging me off! I would like this item and my friends are telling me its very useful. Please add me and I will continue to monitor for changes.

Main Job: Warrior/19
Support Job: Monk 2
Area and Coordinates: Port San d'Oria (J-9)
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Zizka@Lakshmi as the content ID & character that the item will go to
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Port San d'Oria (J-9) and it said " Sorry, we have nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and PoL and waited a few days
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reentered the code for the Destrier Beret
9. It said the code had already been registered
10. gave it a day, logged back in today, same problem, repeated all steps, nothing

Help me Square-Enix, you're my only hope.
