Destrier Beret
I saw the same issue posted else where but was unable to reply.
Customer Support told me to create a "Bug Report" for this issue on FFXI forums.
I bought Final Fantasy XI: Ultimate Collection Abyssea Edition and registered the reward code for the Destrier Beret. I know the code registered correctly because on my SE account I can see my reward code history lists Destrier Beret for Kumabearoso@Bismarck (My only character).
I went to the Festive Moogle in Windurst and Bastok but both said they have nothing for me. I waited 24hrs thinking maybe it was a "wait until next day" sort of thing, but still nothing. Thus I contacted SE support and posted here as instructed.
Platform: Windows XP
ISP: TimeWarner
Type of Internet Connection: Broadband
Internet Connection Speed:15 mp/s
Date & Time: June 19th 2012
Character Name: Kumabearoso
Race: Tarutaru
World: Bismarck
Main Job: White Mage
Support Job: Redmage
Area and Coordinates: Windurst Waters (C-14)
NPC Name: Festive Moogle
Steps:
1. Registered the Destrier Beret code to my square Enix account
2. Selected Kumabearoso@Bismarck as the content ID & character
that the item will go to.
3. Logged into FFXI
4. Went to the moogle in Windurst Waters (C-14) and it said " Sorry, we have
nothing for you!"
5. Logged out of FFXI and POL and waited about 10 mins~
6. Logged back in and talked to moogle.
7. Moogle still said he had nothing for me.
8. Logged into my Square Enix Account and reentered the code for the
Destrier Beret.
9. It said the code had already been registered.
10. Waited 24hrs and tried again in Port Bastok (J-13) but same problem.

I believe I have done everything possible to correct this issue on my own, with no success. I leave it to your capable hands. /bow.
