Customers who reactivated their FINAL FANTASY XI service account between the period of Jun. 14, 2012 8:15 and Jun. 19, 2012 9:00 (GMT) were unable to log into PlayOnline due to technical difficulties.
The issue has been resolved already and we deeply apologise for the prolonged inconvenience this has caused.
