Sagheera not in Port jeuno

Saw a general forum post about it but it wasn't officially posted on all forums so submitting EN version of bug report:

Sagheera NPC not appearing in zone.

Platform:WIN7
ISP: N/A
Type of Internet Connection: N/A
Internet Connection Speed: N/A
Date & Time: June 14, 2012
Character Name: Laide
Race: Elvaan
World: Siren
Main Job: BLU
Support Job:BLM
Area and Coordinates: Port Jeuno J-8
NPC Name: Sagheera
Steps:
1. Zoned into port and didn't see sagheera NPC
2. Zoned in alternate character and didn't see her with using widescan
3. Zoned in and out of port to refresh zone and she still isn't there
4. had linkshell mates check and see if they see her and they do not
