Good evening,
Is there an easier way to complain about a GM's actions that resulted in mistakes?
I have been flatly refused SGM's and above and told to use support feedback. But they say they are unable to help?!

What actions did a GM or SGM take that was a "mistake" or otherwise warrants complaining about them?
I've known a lot of SGMs to not actually do anything, rather than do something wrong....

I am Senior Game Master Jhanaka. I am sorry if you have not been able to reach out and have your matter resolved. Let me give you a way to report this matter to have it reviewed by the right folks.
If you ever feel the GM team is not living up to standards, you can submit a Feedback email through this link:

Now, when you get to this page, there are a few different options. What we need for you to do is go to the middle area and click on the Suggestions & Feedback link. This will allow you to submit your experiences to the SGM and LGM team at your leisure. We will then do a full investigation into the issue.
Please note if you try to submit these concerns through the "Customer Service" section of the page, it may go to the wrong area, so please use the "Suggestions & Feedback" link.
We hope this helps you get a resolution you desire.

Also, are you able to advise of the European LGM's details? name or anything?
Ive been told he's made a decision but wont speak to me?
