Right, so is there any particular reason why I have to type in my Square Enix password every single time I log onto POL? We used to be able to save passwords - what happened? Why do I have to type my long password every time I log in? I want to get a security token, but having to type both my password and the generated number is overkill.

If they store the password on your computer, RMT can find it/decode it and steal it the way they used to steal the POL password. As it is, I'm not convinced that entering it every time is necessarily more secure (key loggers), but I'm thankful that they aren't making us enter it with an on-screen keyboard mouse-style so I'll live.

No, but it has been stated on this forum that they pay attention to "Likes" rather than how many posts a topic gets.

What I mean is, you don't have to ask people to "like if you agree". If they agree, they will like it.

Asking for "likes" is what people do on Facebook, not on an Official forum.

I'd prefer to not need to use a one time PW every time I log in provided I'm logging in from the last place I logged in at.

If someone has access to your computer to read the password storage file, they can probably also detect key presses and get your password that way. It may even be easier to read key presses than access the file, which would make this system even less secure.

Forcing us to type the password in every time is just an annoyance with no real benefit. At least give us the option of saving the password. Maybe encrypt the password file a little better as well.
