Blithe Mantle

Hello again,

Someone asked me to post this, they recently received the Blithe Mantle and it reads the following:

Blithe mantle
[Back] All Races
DEF: 11 AGI +5 Resist Vs. Wind +15 Evasion +5
"Double Attack" +2
Lv. 96 All Jobs

Next to the 2 in Double Attack it should have a % to read "Double Attack" +2%
