It was a nice idea in theory. Everyone banding together to defeat the various confluxes.

But in practice it has turned into the worst kind of event, where people will just join in on runs, contribute nothing except spamming abilities on themselves, place first due to the completely broken calculations for experience points and then lot the treasure pool at the end as well as get a personal chest.

We did this as a linkshell for 2 months or so, and it was an excellent way to get people's weapons upgraded and bring in some income for the linkshell due to the high value of some of the drops from higher confluxes, but the event became so immensely frustrating for everyone involved. This was solely due to people coming in and contributing nothing and then taking all the placement chests and lotting from our treasure pool. In the end we decided to discontinue these events for the preservation of our sanity.

Now nobody on our server does walk of echoes as a large group despite having all 7 unlocked, primarily for the reasons above.

A very simple way to fix this would be to make entry similar to Dynamis/Einherjar, I'm sure its been mentioned but most people who have commented agree that it is the easiest way to fix it.
