For the relic body +2 augments the help text says
Enhances Troubadour effect by increasing duration 4 seconds per merit level
Does this mean it increases the time Troubadour is available from 1 minute to 1 min 20(case of 5/5 merit lvls) or does this mean it adds 20 secs in addition to the doubling of the time of a song?
If it's the previous versus the latter, 1 min 20 for Troubadour doesn't really seem worth it versus 20 more seconds of song time.
Opinions? Discuss?

I'm under the impression that it makes Troubadour last longer. I personally have not gotten around to these augments but they are on the radar.
Also, 1:20 Troubadour is a lot more useful than a 20 second boost to songs. After all, you're generally casting in empyrean +2 body anyway, which already adds 12 seconds to buff duration. Therefore the boost would only have been 8 seconds. With nearly insta-cast Nightingale, you really can buff an entire alliance even with 4 songs each. Longer lasting nitro helps in the case of a slow invite or something.

Enhances Troubadour effect by increasing duration...
The merits extend Troubadour by 4 seconds each (up to 1:20 max time).

An extra 20 seconds to the duration of Troubador sounds much lovelier than 20 extra seconds of song time. When you're trying to buff three parties on Bard rotation and the leaders are being retarded and not inviting you asap like they should, those extra 20 secs definitely help.
