11. Since the information below hasn't changed, updating not necessary. I am waiting for the fix to this bug I submitted 3 months ago. I was able to send my wyrm beard to my other character, Monkeyking for storage, but now I cannot send it back. I would really like my item back on Daveejones so I can finally finish this quest that I has started years ago. I know there is a list of un-deliverable items but that list came out after the item was send. I really need your help to get it back. I understand that you are very busy tending, maintain and correcting FFXI bugs. I also understand that I am only one person in the vast millions you help so it will take a while. Please understand that I do need your help in this matter because there is no way I can do it. Thank you in advance.

Steps:
1. I don't remember when it actually started but it was when we were allowed to move gear and items (rare and/or ex) to our other charters to hold for us.
2. I had moved a lot of gear and equipment so my main (Daveejones) could have more space for other jobs gear and equipment.
3. On 12/31/2011 I was doing BCNM "Horns of War" and got Behemoth Tongue. I wanted to send my Behemoth Tongue to my mule so I can have my items together.
4. I tried to send the Behemoth Tongue to delivery box and I couldn't. Now I'm beginning to worry...because my mule has my other item.
5. I went to my mule (Monkeyking) and tried to send the Wyrm Beard back to my main (Daveejones) and I couldn't.
6. I got the Wyrm Beard doing the BCNM "Early Bird Catches the Wyrm" as my Main (Daveejones) about several years ago. I moved it to my mule (Monkeyking) because I felt it was just taking up space but it was valuable enough to not toss it. Again I had it for several years and was getting no help to get my Black Belt so I figured having my mule (Monkeyking) hold it would be perfect.
7. Today I found out that I was wrong and now I can only hope that I can get help to get this item my Wyrm Beard moved back to my Main (Daveejones). I was lucky enough to get the Wyrm Beard and store it this long finally get help to complete the Black Belt quest, just to find out I might have to do the BCNM "Early Bird Catches the Wyrm" all over again and cross my fingers, kiss a 4-leaf madragora bud and hope it drops again.
8. Thank you for your help in advance. By the way my less than lv.10 mule (Monkeyking) would of never been invited to BCNM "Early Bird Catches the Wyrm" max level was 75.
9. Spoke with a GM and he/she recommended that I mention it in here. I still cannot send the Wyrm Beard back to my Main (Daveejones).
10. It has been over a month and still haven't heard anything. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has moved items to mules and cannot get them back now. I am running out of seals to keep trying to get another wyrm beard. I would figure that a fix for this could be as easy as trading my wyrm beard off my mule to a GM and back to my main character. Please help thank you in advance
