A recent situation has highlighted to me a flaw in support policy to the players. I strongly suggest it be changed.
As outlined in this post: http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/threads/22884-Items-lost-from-treasure-pool.?p=309160#post309160 , Apperently as a "Policy", items from treasure will not be restored. With the extreme conditions on wich some of the games items are obtained, I believe this policy has to change. No reason I see that data for an item can not be simply placed wherever it has to go to resolve a case like this.
Please make the necessary policy adjustments so that in the future, myself and many others may continue supporting your wonderful product. God knows it needs it.
