Sacrifice Torque or Eidolon Pendant

Im trying to decide between these 2 items, if not both in whatever case it may end up being(lol), for my smn. But i don't know the exact stats they give other than what's already listed on the wiki and it doesn't say much for the Torque. Currently, if it matters, my smn is lv73.

Sacrifice Torque for physical BPs, and Eidolon Pendant for Magical BP's. Idle in Caller's Pendant.
