Usually when i'm bard on VW at the start of the fight i do this:
-Nightingale & Troubadour
-2 Songs for DDs (Marchx2)
-1 Pianissimo Mage Ballad III on <me> (gain effect and remove one march)
-1 Pianissimo Mage Ballad II on <me> (gain effect and remove the last ballad) ?=?

Is this right?

why if i do the same things without "Nightingale & Troubadour" the second ballad take effect and remove the old march?

First yes this sounds like a bug. That pianissimo Ballads should overwrite the marches.

Strage enought Meeles can't cap haste with only March 2, Haste, Hasso, Haste Samba.....

Im never pianissimo'ing ballad on me, it's always on the whm so I never noticed. Apperently never did the whm. I'll go try it out.

I wasn't in VW, but ended up with double ballad.

Hmmm. The way songs work is that they overwrite the song that is due to expire first, not the song that was the oldest one sung. When you sing the first ballad, the song that was going to expire first was the first March so that works correctly. If you have an instrument or armor item that adds + to the march songs (+2 for Faerie Piccolo, +1 for the Empy gloves +2), then the March that remains can have +12, 24 or 36 seconds added to its duration over the standard 120 seconds. If your first ballad doesn't have similar plus values, then it will expire before the second march. Therefore, it gets overwritten.

Both songs are affected by the Troubadour effect. The song with +'s should get stretched more than those without, so this could exacerbate the issue to the point where it gives you the effect you've noticed - works fine without Troubadour, fails with. I'm not exactly sure about this though. I don't know for certain that Troubadour will double the added time duration provided by the + instrument / armor items. Easy enough to test though.

You could do the ballad's first using Tenuto, or maybe the time will work out if you just wait a bit longer for the second ballad.
