i try yestarday and today to log in game, and it always give me no content ID, which i already did my SE account transfare in 1/4/2012 after you cancel my IDs, and when i log in SE account i see all account active.
plz help

I would triple check at least twice that the Content IDs are active, as it would really seem like they are not. ^^;
The Content IDs (your character names) should be shown under Active Options in the Options List of a Service Account.
In any case, this is not exactly a Technical Support issue, nor is there any other section here for this. You should contact the Customer Service via the Support Centre/Center for any Account/Billing related issues.

You probably transferred the account too late so all you have to do is log into the Square Enix account management page and pay for the account to get the content ID reactivated.
