No pop point for "the mithra and the crystal" quest

Date and time: I noticed it about a month ago. Not sure on day or time.

Freguency: I have yet to see it.

Steps: Pretty much after I flagged the quest I went to the spot the ??? point is at but did not see it so I logged off then back on to see if it would fix but no luck. I have zoned with no luck and checked back a few times to see if it would pop up again no luck. Also I did the loadstone quest before I flagged it so it may or may not have effected it.

Unfortunately, I am not on the same server so I can't check with you, or for you there, but I have just now while writing this post checked the spot on the server Fenrir, and it is indeed there.

To make sure you are at the right place, you would need to be here (you need to drop in a downwards motion after the one '???' at the wall-mural):

If it definitely is not there, I might suggest calling a GM about it while at the location.

Yeah I have read on just about all the sites just to make sure I got the location right, event did it during dusty weather, and the target command thing. And still don't see it at all.

Alrighty, well for one, weather should not have anything to do with it.

For two, imagining the location, once again, just to make sure you're at the right spot, after falling down, the '???' would be up on some rubble, more or less on the wall to the west (I'm not on-line any longer so I am not 100% sure of the direction), and to the north (this direction I am quite sure), you should see worms rather nearby, which is also the only way out by walking.

Yeah I figured but it was only then that I got around to doing RoZ so you never know if they changed it heh. Just wanted to cover all my bases. And yeah I know the spot and still doesn't show.

Then, in addition to this report, I would still call a GM since they should be able to easily verify it.
They may very likely direct you to the fansites or back to here, though, but that's what I'd do!

I'm very sorry to hear that this quest has been causing you trouble, and appreciate that you brought this to our attention.

This same situation has been reported to us several times in the past. However, we have always found that the ??? mark is being searched for in the wrong area. The mission can be confusing as there are multiple areas to drop down to. Just to verify everything is working as intended, I went into the game and verified the point that you are seeking is up and working.

Please triple check with a community site and other players that you are checking the correct location. I assure you that you will find the resolution to your concern. Often times, another player can show you where to check for the correct spot you are looking for. A listing of community sites can be found on www.PlayOnline.com under the Community Site tab.
