Why is it I have to file daily complaits to special task force about bot/hacking players and they are still allowed to play the game. Why is it so hard for SE to do anything to prevent cheaters from destroying the game? Why is it I am treated like the bad guy when I play by the rules.

Thanks for nothing. everyone on the s.t.f.u. team should be fired for not doing thier job.

Thank you for the feedback on the GM services regarding third party programs and the Special Task Force. We are always looking for ways to improve our services.

The GM staff will review any third party program reports where we can assist. We may not always give you a live reply, and we do this so that your game experience is not interrupted and so we can go straight into our investigations. With that said, there are just some investigations that the GMs cannot perform, so we forward the concerns to the Special Task Force.

Regarding the Special Task Force, I will let you know that when you place a GM call with the names and a brief description of what is happening, we place reports to the Special Task Force on your behalf; this allows you to continue playing so you do not need to log out of the game to place the report. We still encourage you to place your own reports to the Special Task Force via our Support Center email contact.

We appreciate your feedback on the services, but the forums are not the proper place to voice such concerns. We have a feedback email support that allows you to directly submit feedback about GM Services so that they can be reviewed. You can find this email at the Support Center under “Contact”. This is the same area where you place Special Task Force reports.
