As the 10th Anniversary of Vana'diel approaches...
I've been trying to get the Chocobo Wand for YEARS from the anniversary events. Please don't let the moogles give me angelwings and other junk I already have over and over again!!!!

The wand and other items are now sendable within POL account. Here's the trick if you really want it: make 15 mules for the event and do /wait for 5 days or more on each. This should bump your chances quite a bit. (It's a serious advice.)
