It will be increased as well, but you will need 100k GP to uncap your fishing.

Don't see why it would. It's not actually used in any synths or synergy. I suppose it could be increased too for new fish for new cooking recipes.

This all went active on the test server. I've seen it myself on the test server. The angler's almanac costs 100,000 GP.

I didn't check for any new fish, so I don' t know if they added new fish. They said they were adding new synths, so I suppose it's possible they will add new fish too.

Even without adding new fish, Gugrusaurus is 120 skill to cap on, as well as other legendary fish.

Whatever the case may be I'm sure skilling it beyond 100 will make taking the other crafts to 110 look like child's play. Just 5 casts and I'm already thinking desperately of something else to do. But this GP business really makes me wonder if it's going to do all the work for us or if it's just the right to skill up beyond 100. I like guild test items better :x
