Did SE do something to Kalasutrax

Ok this was weird. Other day joined PUG for Kalasutrax, went out to Glacier. Poped it ... we couldn't kill it three times.

Now I've killed Kalasutrax plenty of times in the past, but this time was different. After it used it's Rakasha stance maybe two or three times, everyone was hitting for ~0 damage with crits for 30 and suddenly lots of whiffing. Now I know he gets -PDT and -MDT during the fight, but this seemed to be a ridiculous +def / +VIT buff. Last month I did a bunch of these and I've never hit for 0 on him, ever.

Asking to see if other people have had similar experiences recently?

We killed it right after patch, easy-peasy like usual. Stun him at the start and try to proc him then just beat it up fast as you can. Hitting him for 2-3k drops him quick.

You also might have just had a few poorly geared DDs.

Yeah if you can stun that first Raksha stance and keep the staggers going then he drops fast.

I'm thinking we had bad stunners, cause I've never hit for 0 on him before and I've killed him plenty of times. Thinking we just had a bad run at it.

From what I've experienced, his stance stacks over time. Either stun it when possible, or try to kill him really quickly and stagger the heck out of him.
